They all passed very well too – in fact 22 children have passed with such high grades they have been offered places at boarding schools to do their GCEs.
If they go – and many families will do all they can to afford it – they not only have to pay high school fees, but they must buy their uniforms and books, take their own bedding, a supply of seed, a hoe and a spade. The students grow their own crops and are expected to work hard in school and out.
